I have a guy who has some old duck mounts that he wants repainted and repaired. On two of the ducks the webbing between the toes looks terrible. How would I go about repairing this? Would I cut it out and make my own out of epoxy sculpt or is there a better way. Thanks for the help.

I think I will try the epoxy first and see how that looks. (it won't cost me extra) If it don't turn out I think I will give it try thanks for the idea I didn't even think of using those.

What I do is take the ducks off the base and superglue a piece of dryer sheet on the underside of the feet then coat that with epoxy or even better is fin builder glue as it is somewhat flexible, then repaint as needed. If you use fin builder glue and it does not look right you can always take it off where epoxy will be much harder to remove. Probably hundreds of ways to fix this but this is what works for me.

Yep I used the dryer sheet and epoxy. I'll have to dig out some pics if I can find them. It turned out pretty well. Ihntdeer thats not a bad idea. Might be worth a try.
