Here are red roses from my Grandma's wake, pink roses from Mother's Day I tried some daisies but they just wilted. Must only be able to be done on flowers with bigger petals. I think the blue flower is an iris. Attachments:

I have read about doing flowers but never tried them.
How did you prep. them?

Like I said I have not tried them yet. An article I read about them suggested soaking the stems in water, then misting the flower with water and freezing it. Then you adjust the leaves and petals after the freezing, remist and refreeze a couple of times before you put them in the machine.

Wow, they are beautiful, are they brittle or do they have a little flexibility. It is amazing how much color they still have.

They have a little flexibility, but still need to be handled with care. Maybe the instructions that riverrat is talking about would work with other types of flowers. I have a couple more in there now and I'll be taking them out in 2 more weeks. Thanks for the compliments.
