I haven't done it yet but from what I understand you drill out the broken antler then insert a wire and glue it in place. then you build it up with epoxy sculpt. and paint to blend it in.

I have rebuilt quite a few before and do exactly as circleh said in previous post and you got it. You can bend wire after gluing in to match shape you want broken point to be, be sure to king of streak or rough up your epoxy sculpt a little so it looks natural.

pretty much go along with what everyone else except, when i can i use all thread instead of wire, you can go as small as 8/32 or 10/32 allthread and it will hold even better than wire, can be a little harder to bend how you like but finished product is usually smaller
