Dental floss is good, but my favorite is that sinew type thread. I just bought another big spool of it from Mckenzie.

I use spiderwire and double it, very strong, no stretch and super thin, several other brandnames, gorillabraid, etc, all just braided fishing line, can be gotten at almost any walart, Kmart, sporting goods stores.
