I have a customer that brought in a buck head and wants a bronzed euro mount,however I had a feeling he wasnt going to come up with any money.I told him I want half down but he had no money so I told him I would hold it for him and he hasnt been back.Ive tryed several time to contact him to no avail.Ive had it for 1 month now and have done nothing to it and would like to get rid of it,what do I do now.Bob

do you have a contract? if so,refer to that,send him an email,and leave a message on his phone telling him that unless you hear from him in __ days,the skull falls in your possesion.also if you wanna get rid of it,i may be intrested in taking it off your hands.

My contract reads" No payment after 30 days after notification of completion the mount belongs to me" I would call and ask whats up and if he dosen't have an answer ask if he would like to bid on his antlers on Ebay?

Check with a lawyer first, before you sell it. In Ohio you have to petition the court, and be awarded ownership of the item before you can sell it. Having a statement in a signed contract insures you that you will be awarded ownership.
