not much posting so...... what type of airbrush is every one using i have a Paasche VL double action.

I actually use 3, one is an Iwata HP-BC double action (definitely the best of the 3) one is a paasche VL double action and other is a paasche H1, I find that when painting very fine details where I do not have to change line width or spot size that i can use it better than the double actions, but you sure have to thin your paint and add retarder to do a lot of detail so your tip does not clog up. And I also use all lacquer based paints, some lifetone and some polytranspar.

Paasche VL double action. Can't compare it to anything else its the only one I have ever used.

Hi . I use a H1 for about everything Fresh water. Then I do the fine work with a Jap Fine 0,3mm for the fine stuff, but be careful I would practice first till you get the hang of them,..once you do you can make those find lines that an H just cant do ! Buck...Black Forest Eyes

Made in Japan ! X-trs fine,and a pain in the but, the needle is very fine ! Double Action, Trick needle, had it made for me. Heck..I Paint Eyes for a living, got to have the good stuff !
