looks good for your first mount. Did you lengthen the lip line? The mouth looks really long.

I dident think I made the lip line longer, I only drimmeled the line that was on the form. I thought it went together pritty well , the only real problem I had was with the hide paist I had that stuff all over everything, next time I do a mount I will wate to put the paist down the neck till after its ben stitched , do yall see anything els I should try to change on the next one ? go ahead and pick it apart !!! thats the only way I will learn !!

only thing I see is that the clay work around the eyes is just a little too pronounced, maybe try to smooth it out just a little so it has a little more smooth flow, you may still be able to do that by placing a wet towel over eyes and moistening a little, and nostril looks slightly too large, but that may just be the angle of the photo, other than that it looks really good for a first (100% better than my first), get you a lot of reference to use and keep up the good work.

For a first mount it doesn't look all that bad. But the reason we do this work is to bring back the expression of being alive as best we can. In asking for a critique on line you open yourself up to criticism that may or may not be just from the fact that we are looking at pictures. First and foremost I would say you need to study reference. The whole anatomy of the eyes is wrong. The clay work is to heavy on both top and bottom and the tear duct is not properly placed or built. I think your lip line is probably okay it just appears to be to big. When you slot your forms do it with a knife not anything bigger than that. You ears appear to be to thick did you use bondo? if so try and thin them out more next time. I cant see the brisket or a good shot of the nose so thats about all I can say for a critique.

I think it looks good for the first mount, and as far a critique I think the above statements are right on.
