Looks good other than the ear butts look a little too long, could possibly be the angle the pics were taken though.

It looks like you have the brisket up too high, There is a wrinkle under the head on the neck in the white patch and you can tell the armpit hair is too high also. See if you can taxi the skin down some and that will solve both problems. If it is still wet see if you can taxi the skin on the ears some on the top to get the upper part of the skin rolled around so it is on the edge of the liner to get the long hair more inside the ear instead of on top.Maybe you just need to brush the hair.Is that extra skin inside the ear? Other than that it looks pretty good. It did not take you long to put that one together. I have a doe drying now and will post a photo later this week of the finished doe. Here is a phot of the doe I just did. It is still drying and needs some repairs to the nose but it should give you an idea of what I am saying, Not that mine is perfect, I am still learning also.
