Any chance you might get a chance to post a start to finish on freeze drying? You know show us how you prep the animal, show some pics through out the whole process, maybe show some pics of the freeze dryer, and explain how it works. I don't know about everyone else but I know I would appreciate it. Only if you get the time. Thanks Tony

I can work on it when I get back, I'm getting married this weekend. That is something we can put in the freeze drying category. It is not something that will happen all at once a step by step type of project.

anyhow i've heard of rigged and homemade freezedrying does it work? i figure i dont wanna get something going under pressure very much when it could blow up : (

I have heard about people trying to jury rig something together. From what I know about freeze drying, I think you are going to get a lot of junk put together for the same as you could buy a used unit for and I am very sceptical of used units, their is to much that can go wrong, gaskets, freezer, condensers, vacuum pump, temp control, etc

That would be great. I figured it would be a project that would take awhile to get through. It will just give us something to look forward to when we log on. Oh and good luck again with the wedding and all. Thanks Tony
