I didn't do as well as I thought I would this year, only shot a doe with my 30-06 (well it was my dad's but I adopted it, lol I love this gun) on Dec. 1st. I could have had a doe and a little 7 pointer during archery season but I missed out on both of those because one I spooked, and the other ran away from my stand because some does caught his attention. Right now the late archery season is in, and I know of a big buck out where I hunt so I am really tempted to give it another try.   |

Is that the one you want skull cleaned?
anyhow nice doe and gun.... 30.06 is one of my favorite all around hunting calibers....

Heres the pic of her I'd like done  SHE JUST HAD BABBIES YESTERDAY !!!!!!!!!!!!! she has 6 puppies 3 look exactly like her and 3 look exactly like the father the traditional black and tan layout for dachounds 4 girls 2 boys.... |

Ya I've been wanting to take a few gotta dig up the camera right now all I ahve is a couple cell phone pics.... but I'll snap a few in the next couple days and post them the puppies will be given away they are 75% plus dachound thier dad is full blood and was bought from a breeder the mom is at least half dachound. |

Nina, Looks like we shot sisters this year. Nothing wrong with a doe. Mama loves the meat, and I liked the easy drag. I found the older I get the heaver them deer get. On a 30/06 I love them. You get mild recoil, power and a straight shooting cartridge. I really do not think your dad will notice the gun missing. You are a lucky girl, young lady.  |
