Cajun Fried Alligator
Ingredients
2 lb Alligator tail; cut 1" -pieces Alegro Sauce Salt; to taste Freshly-ground black pepper; - to taste Red pepper; to taste 1 1/2 c Water 1/2 jar Mustard Garlic powder; to taste Tabasco sauce; to taste Flour Peanut oil
Instructions
Marinate alligator in Alegro Sauce 4 to 5 hours. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix mustard, garlic powder, and Tabasco sauce. Dip alligator into mustard batter, roll in flour, fry in peanut oil at 375 to 400 degrees until golden-brown. This recipe yields ?? servings.
