2 weeks ago a group of guys I hang around with went and cleaned up on the strippers.
The next week another group went an played more poker than fishing due to the weather. Cards were hot fishing was NOT.
You know how the weather can change the fishing good luck.

Freshwater. If we don't catch a striper, I'd be just as happy with a Lake Trout, never caught one of those either.

Update- didn't catch any stripers, caught a few lake trout. Biggest was 25 inches 7 pounds. Not big but I was tickled pink. First ones, I love catching the first of a species. Now I can check Lake trout off my life list. Here's my son Matt with the big one.

Yes went to Raystown. The day before my trip the stripers were blowing up all morning, then the day of my trip, I saw maybe two blowups all. Some day I have to get my own boat. I think another cool thing would be to have a thread were guys could get together and plan guided trips and split the cost.
