I bet i have at least 10 or 15 deer in my freezer. wow. and a lot of them are tanned already to mount. I have a lot of work ahead of me, more deer coming in soon, and a few more tags to fill. lol i just dont have the money to pay for the forms, it sucks

Here is just a couple thoughts for ya, if you are going to get into and plan on staying in taxidermy you need to go to bank and set up a checking account for nothing but your shop business, use it for nothing else, then collect a deposit for anything that comes in and put it in account and you will have money for supplies from that, then when you complete something and customer picks it up put 15 to 20 percent of that into account for new equipment, utilities, etc which will come up later, and again only use the money in this account for the running of your shop and nothing else, it is hard to do, especially at first but it will pay in the long run to do this.

Yep I agree with JW. Its alot easier to not spend that money when its not with your other cash. Another good idea is to get a credit card if you can. Makes ordering a breeze, and it is easy to keep track of. Just don't use it like a credit card pay it off at the end of the month that way you don't get charged interest. Try and get one with no fees or anything. I don't use my card unless I have the cash in my checking account (that is set aside for taxidermy) to pay for it .You also will help build good credit for yourself.

Ahhh! I just got in one more buck to do for a friend, (Huge buck, I'll have to post a pic) and I'm sending the money out for a new tanned cape this friday. That's it...no more deer unless I have to take them in! lmao
